Purchase Terms & Conditions


Equipment Purchase Agreement


The equipment is purchased as seen. The equipment is in excellent used condition and has been pre-loved or used for demonstration purposes. Please see the photographs for condition.


K’NEXT Generation is not responsible for anything that happens to anyone while using the equipment in any way whatsoever.


Once purchased, K’NEXT Generation is not responsible for any breakages, damages, losses or liabilities that may occur. All breakages, damages, losses or liabilities are solely the responsibility of the Purchaser.

             

No equipment guarantees exist, either from K'NEXT Generation or the original suppliers of the equipment.


Any missing parts/faults must be reported within 5 working days of the delivery date. After this time K'NEXT Generation will not be responsible for replacing missing parts or faulty equipment.


K’NEXT Generation will not provide any ongoing support or maintenance for the equipment.


Where applicable, electrical PAT has expired. Last electrical PAT certification was 2020/2021.


An invoice will be sent in advance of delivery/posting. Payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer is due within 5 working days of receipt of equipment. Payment details will be included on invoice.


No refunds are available.
