For the twelve years prior to Covid-19, K'NEXT Generation provided STEM activities for primary school pupils, teachers and families throughout Scotland.
These activities were designed to support the Curriculum for Excellence and were educational, engaging, inspirational & enjoyable.
During Covid-19 K'NEXT Generation's owner and facilitator, Ann Larkham, provided online resources, firstly for home-learning and then for in-class learning.
Ann is proud to have delivered 2,600 workshops for over 57,000 pupils in 300 schools and other educational settings during this time!
2024 Update:
During lockdown and in addition to providing online learning, Ann continued to study two of her favourite subjects, genealogy and photography, and came up with the idea of Photogenealogy.
This resulted in having six articles published in the Family Tree magazine, providing twelve talks (so far) for the genealogy/family history community, and signing a contract to write the book about Photogenealogy.
